BIOKOSMA has rigorously rejected animal testing since its inception in 1935. In accordance with our company philosophy, we abide by NATRUE's strict international regulations when developing and manufacturing our products. As a NATRUE-certified company, we are committed to compliance with the EU Cosmetics Regulation that prohibits animal testing for cosmetic purposes. BIOKOSMA neither conducts animal testing on finished products nor subcontracts such testing.

 

In addition, 80% of our range is vegan. Our non-vegan products contain beeswax or honey. On principle, we also rejected the use of raw materials from dead vertebrate animals or animal fats right from the start.
