Lemon balm originates from the eastern Mediterranean and was brought to the northern Alps by wandering monks. It is one of the oldest known medicinal herbs with a wide range of effects. As an extract in face care products, it soothes and calms stressed skin, increases its resistance, and protects against cell damage and skin irritations. Ideal for very sensitive skin.
